Ultrawide-Angle Lens for Nightscape Photography
A bright and distinguished wide-angle prime with a 20mm full-frame equivalence, the XCD 25mm f/2.5 V Lens from Hasselblad provides a field of view that caters to nightscape and street photography as well as astrophotography and indoor portraits. Offering a 9.8" minimum focusing distance, users can effortlessly take sharp and detailed close-up shots. Featured in the lens's design is a powerful leaf shutter that reaches speeds up to 1/4000 sec with flash sync at all speeds. Additionally, its internal autofocus design can be overridden for manual focusing control.
Compact Optical Design
The optical design includes four aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements, producing impressive image sharpness as well as reduced spherical aberrations and distortion. As with other V-system lenses, the XCD 25mm f/2.5 V pairs a large aperture with a balanced size and weight, resulting in wide versatility.
Fast Linear Stepping Motor
The light and small focusing lens group works with a linear stepping motor to reduce recoil from the lens group moving. When used with the PDAF technology of the X2D 100C or CFV 100C, accurate and responsive focusing is ensured.
